Research shows that good posture during sleep improves mood and lowers health risks. Sleeping on your back relieves your spine of pressure. More likely to snore. Side sleepers lower chance of heartburn but also severe numbness & tingling to arms and legs. Stomach sleepers least likely to snore can also cause long-term damage to low back and neck.
